Good IPTV provides subscription-based streaming technology, account access, technical assistance, and related services. Good IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party television programming, movies, series, trademarks, channel logos, or other copyrighted material made available through independent content sources.

We take copyright concerns seriously and will review properly submitted notices concerning material that may be accessible through or associated with our services.

1. Good IPTV's Role

Good IPTV operates as a streaming technology service provider. Our website itself does not upload, create, or originate third-party television programs, movies, or other broadcast content.

Certain content accessible through a customer's subscription may originate from independent third-party infrastructure or upstream service providers. Good IPTV does not claim ownership of such third-party content.

Where a valid copyright complaint concerns material that is hosted or controlled by an independent third party, Good IPTV may forward the complaint to the appropriate provider or take other reasonable action available to us.

2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including 17 U.S.C. § 512, establishes procedures through which copyright owners may notify qualifying online service providers about material they believe infringes their copyrights.

Good IPTV has adopted a copyright complaint procedure intended to allow rights holders to report specific material and provide us with sufficient information to investigate the complaint.

3. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

If you are the owner of copyrighted material, or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and believe that material associated with Good IPTV infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice.

Your notice should include:

5. A statement of accuracy and authority confirming, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Where to Send a DMCA Notice

Please include "DMCA Copyright Notice" in the subject line of your email so that the request can be routed to the appropriate team.

5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice?

Good IPTV will review copyright complaints submitted with sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the material complained of.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Request additional information from the complainant.
• Investigate the location and source of the reported material.
• Disable access where technically and legally appropriate.
• Contact or forward the complaint to an upstream service provider.
• Notify an affected customer or account holder where appropriate.
• Suspend or terminate access in cases of repeated infringement.

Submission of a notice does not guarantee that particular material will immediately be removed. Each complaint will be reviewed based on the information provided and the technical and legal circumstances involved.

6. Third-Party Hosted Content

Good IPTV may provide technical access to services or resources operated through independent third-party infrastructure. Good IPTV does not necessarily have physical possession of or direct control over material stored on third-party servers.

If the material identified in a copyright complaint is hosted entirely by an independent third party, we may forward the complaint to the relevant provider or provide available information that can help the rights holder identify the appropriate party.

Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a claim of ownership by Good IPTV over third-party programming, trademarks, channel identities, movies, television series, or other protected material.

7. Counter-Notification

If Good IPTV removes or disables access to material following a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies.

A counter-notification should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before access was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full name, physical address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or their authorized agent.

Valid counter-notifications should be sent to the same copyright contact listed above.

8. Counter-Notification Procedure

Where the statutory DMCA counter-notification process applies, Good IPTV may provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notification.

Access to affected material may be restored after the period required by applicable law unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed seeking a court order concerning the disputed material.

9. Repeat Infringement

Good IPTV does not permit its services to be knowingly used for repeated copyright infringement.

Where appropriate and within our control, accounts associated with repeated or serious intellectual property violations may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

10. False or Misleading Copyright Notices

Copyright complaints and counter-notifications should be submitted only when the sender has a legitimate basis for doing so.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

11. Trademarks and Brand Ownership

Product names, television network names, channel logos, entertainment brands, trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted works referenced in connection with our service remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership by Good IPTV.

12. Changes to This Policy

Good IPTV may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or copyright complaint procedures.
