Refund Policy — Good IPTV

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Good IPTV are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital streaming services and instant access delivery, once a subscription is activated, it is considered fully delivered and non-reversible.

2. Trial Access & Testing

We strongly encourage customers to test our IPTV service before purchasing long-term plans. Free trials or short-term trial access may be offered periodically to allow you to evaluate service quality and compatibility with your devices prior to committing to a full subscription.

3. Technical Issues

In the rare event of technical service interruption, our technical team will work diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Service disruptions caused by customer-side issues, such as poor internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party apps, do not qualify for refunds.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical billing error, please contact our support team immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

5. Unauthorized Payments

Good IPTV is not responsible for unauthorized or accidental payments made from customer accounts. Customers are fully responsible for securing their own accounts and payment information.

6. Service Modifications

Channel availability, features, or pricing may change at any time as part of service improvements or licensing agreements. Changes to the service offering do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting Good IPTV support first is considered a violation of our terms. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
