All purchases are considered final. Due to the nature of digital access and immediate account activation, refunds are not offered once service credentials or access details have been delivered.

We strongly recommend testing compatibility with your device, application, and internet connection before purchasing long-term plans. Trial or short-term access may be offered at our discretion to help users evaluate the service before committing.
3. Technical Support Instead of Refunds
If you experience technical difficulties, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist with setup and configuration. Issues related to internet speed, device limitations, third-party applications, or user configuration do not qualify for refunds.
4. Duplicate or Billing Errors
In the event of a verified duplicate payment caused by a billing system error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method after review by our billing team.
5. Unauthorized or Accidental Payments
Customers are responsible for securing their payment methods and account information. Payments made accidentally or without authorization are not eligible for refunds.
6. Service Adjustments
Features, access methods, or technical components of the service may be updated or modified at any time. Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in immediate suspension of access. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be permanently blocked.
